To Whom It May Concern, My name is Michael Bodnar. I am a Firefighter with the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Fire Department, located in Coatesville, PA. I am writing to inquire about the availability of a patch from the M. D. of Yellowhead Fire Department, that we can display on our station patch board. We are a veteran's facility, serving patients from World War II to the present. We have patients who will stop by the station from time to time, and all of them have inquired about our display which is in the Engine Room of the Firehouse. Many have asked as to whether or not we have contacted either areas around the country from where they grew up, or the government bases that they were assigned to. The display seems to have become a conversation topic for most of them. We started this as a hobby for a few of our members, but we are now trying to obtain as many patches as we can for our veteran patients. If there is a patch from your department which is available to be donated to us, we would appreciate it greatly. If you can, please send the patch to the following address: Michael Bodnar, Firefighter VA Medical Center Fire Department 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd Building #12 Coatesville, PA 19320 I would like to thank you in advance for any help that you can give to us in our project. We wish that we could do more for our veterans, but it is nice to know that they seems to enjoy what we are now doing. Thanks again. Michael Bodnar, F/F
